Went through the drive-thru for the first time. Had lovely help from a pretty college aged girl with dark hair. Good food and reasonable prices all except charging outrageous amounts for such a pithy amount of extra cheese. Please fix

the food wasn't great. the staff was very friendly but on the slower side. it was fine-but nothing better than fine.

I ordered a large salad with extra tomato and cucumber from this place for lunch. It cost $5.50 and came with two cherry tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. After getting to work I couldn't believe what they gave me. Went back to complain and they said they did add extra tomato and cucumber. Was told each piece cost 50 cents extra. In the picture you will see on the left the salad I got from Russ minus the two cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of cucumber because I added them to my salad I ordered from Mr. burger next door. On the right is what $5.25 will get you at Mr. Burger. I liked Russ food but after this salad even I will never go back.

Russ is classic dutch good eating. Can't beat the prices, and the food is always warm and filling. Amazing soups, cheese burgers, milkshakes and desserts. It is always very clean! Also great for for diner style breakfast as well :)

Best onion rings ever. Small Dutch restaurant. Homey food like meatloaf, fried chicken, cinnamon rolls... Service is quick and great. A lot if the older crowd tend to eat here because the food is cheap and the atmosphere is old school "Dutch" nice. A cheeseburger and fries is about $4. And it's made to order. The desserts are also pretty good as well.

So, nobody ever ate at Russ' for the culinary experience, but a turkey melt and onion rings are to die for.

Food was great, service, well let's just say that Katrina needs a few more lessons in the area of waitress-ing. Only five of us, at her ONLY table. She asked each one of us, who's plate is this one. really? then she messed up the order , came out with extra fries and extra mashed potatoes . Also when your glass or cup is empty, do you think maybe, it needs a refill?It was a time for a really small tip. I am so glad that the food makes up for the service. Deb
